Quality characteristics :

1. SS400 is a Japanese standard steel, under JIS B1168 standard. Our SS400 steel are sourced from the highest quality steel manufacturers in the world and, like all our suppliers, these manufacturers have been vetted and assessed by our procurement team.
    

2. We are proud of using forging than casting because forged steel is generally stronger and more reliable than castings.
    

3. Our product surface finishing treatment is in accordance with JIS H8610 and complies with European Union RoHS that is to reduce the environmental effect and health impact.
    

4. Bolt thread tolerance is 6g before coating with go/no go gauge, 4h after coating with go gauge.
    

5. A proof load test is performed to ensure our products can withstand the design load without failure or unacceptable deformation. In accordance with JIS B1168, the proof load force is applied 3 times of the design load or maximum allowable working load (MAWL).
